No one in the office ever returns your telephone calls and if youre lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, they are the rudest, in personable people you would ever want to talk to, I could understand if I was No one in the office ever returns your telephone calls and if youre lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone, they are the rudest, in personable people you would ever want to talk to, I could understand if I was mean, demanding and entitled but I wasnt. Told me that I was on the list, it was over a year, but would never tell me where I was on the list. The next time I called, again after several attempts I finally got someone again, apparently it was the same snobbish, didnt care attitude, what was I doing bothering her, woman, when I asked her once again where I was on the list, she told me, \"we dont have a list, its first come, first serve!\" Ive been waiting for over a year waiting and waiting for a phone call, just to be told this! I dont know who to call or write to, to send in a complaint. Her name was Debbie, I remember because that is my name. She should be offered a class on working with the public and if that doesnt work she shouldnt be working with the people at all! I understand we all have our bad days, but hers seems to be everyday.more ...hide ...
