It's an excellent location with a small view, and the units have roomy designs and wide corridors, with plenty of closets. It doesn't feel cramped like more recently constructed rental properties. The majority of the HVAC systems are older, so they sometimes malfunction. There is a lovely shared outdoor area with a pool, a grilling area, and nice outdoor furniture. Some of the units are slightly outdated, and similarly to most rentals in Reno, the rent can increase by $100 to $200 each year. Most units have a half bathroom off the kitchen, yet it is hard to view them before placing a deposit because there are no pictures. The building manager is okay, but not what one would assume from someone who has been there as long as her. They do the necessary to maintain the units prior to someone moving in, so it is essential to stay on top of the leadership. They are responsive when repairs are required, making it one of the better places to rent in Reno. The mail carrier who delivers to the address sometimes puts mail in the wrong mailbox, so it is important to keep on top of the mail office too.more ...hide ...
