I had a poor first experience here. If I could, I would give less than zero rating. On December 20th, 2018, I brought my dad's prescription for a knee brace and was told that it would be two steps to fill the prescription and I would get a call. I waited, taking into account the holidays, then I phoned on January 2nd, 2019 and was informed that step one had not been accomplished - the doctor had not sent a letter for the insurance to approve. On January 8th, I got a call saying I must go back to the hospital to get the letter from the doctor. Highly irritated by this, I went back today to pick up the prescription to take it somewhere else and had to wait almost half an hour for my dad's prescription since the person responsible for such prescriptions wasn't there and wasn't responding to their texts or calls. I heard them contact her and it seemed she was asleep. A terrible employee, but I don't think the whole business should be blamed for this individual.
