There were also people who had booked an appointment. I was not told that I was a walk-in. When I arrived, the reception desk was unoccupied, and the waiting room was filled with people complaining about the long wait. It took me 10 minutes just to check in, and there was no check-in sheet or order, so it was chaotic from the start. After waiting for almost 2 hours without being seen, there didn't seem to be any logical order for who they called next. Keep in mind this was not an emergency care, so there was no triage, and it seemed they were calling people they knew. When I asked the reception desk about the wait time, I was told there were two walk-ins in front of me. I was livid. At that point, the waiting room was full of new people who had come in after me. I inquired if this was normal, and she said yes. I never got to see the doctor, so I left. I was on my lunch break from work, and it was unbelievable. If I could, I would not even give them one star.more ...hide ...
