Dont even bother with an application! I have unfortunately lived here for two years and this place is an absolute hell hole. Management does absolutely nothing about complaints (of which there are plenty) regardless of their frequency or severity. The apartments are not well maintained (the \"playground\" is constantly littered with garbage), rules in the lease like keeping hallways clean, doors locked, etc are rarely followed or enforced, and 90% of the people here are absolute scumbags. Nearly everyone who lives here does some kind of drug openly and most of them have small kids who live with them, has a criminal history, has no respect for their neighbors, and a select few cause nothing but problems. The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear people quietly talking on opposite ends of the apartment, and the 2 different neighbors Ive had the misfortune of being next to dont seem to realize that. Theres supposedly a 10pm curfew (another unfollowed \"rule\" in the lease) where youre supposed to keep noise to an absolute minimum and any guests coming in after that time should be extremely quiet as well, or be leaving around that time, but at least 5 days a week that rule is completely ignored. My current neighbor, despite tons of complaints by me and other tenants, for example regularly has obnoxiously loud guests stomping up and down the stairs and horsing around inside like its a frat party all hours of the night. The children of this neighborhood are equally as horrible as the adults here. Theyre mostly elementary aged and they swear like sailors, are often left outside unattended for hours at a time, and like to play ding dong ditch for fun. There is also, not surprisingly, a high crime rate in this complex. Ive witnessed the police here 15 times this year alone for everything from massive drug possession, murder/suicide, domestic violence; you name it, it happens here regularly. Please, dont even consider these apartments! You can DEFINITELY find somewhere better to live, unless youre a druggie criminal who loves constant drama.
