Stairway is even worse. The neighbors yell and slam doors all night, my favorite is when they have screaming matches at each other in the hallways. For a few weeks someone kept pulling the fire alarm and the fire department kept having to come out to turn it off for us. The security guards are nice and I feel bad for them, working there. There are mice, bedbugs, and roaches. Maintenance is nice but overworked- any issues can take weeks of constant calls before they are fixed. The one time we got fast service was when we needed window screens installed because our cat fell and died. They never finished the job either. Laundry room is disgusting and people will move or even steal your clothing. I have lived here for 2 years with promises of remodels and I am SO glad to be moving out.more ...hide ...
