Awful and terrible management Why have amenities listed when you dont provide them for your tenants There is no bike room and no door man which leads to packages constantly being stolen The solution was to spend God knows how much money on electronic Awful and terrible management Why have amenities listed when you dont provide them for your tenants There is no bike room and no door man which leads to packages constantly being stolen The solution was to spend God knows how much money on electronic lockers which dont even work and packages get stolen anyway The building was a hurryup job the toilet and sink are always leaking The pipes for my shower and sink burst open the linoleum was lifting on move in there are dirty black scuffs on the wall from construction the toilet paper holder fell off the wall and the door for the under sink cabinet practically made out of cardboard fell off its hinges Messy unprofessional management sends fake outstanding rent letters maybe have your system in order first before buying unnecessary items that do not help your tenants at allnOverall here because of my lease but these problems are ridiculous Cant wait for my lease to be over more ... hide ...

Great place to live and the building staff is nice Im just frustrated about all my stolen packages and considering using my old address as my mailing address

Housing manager mr Morales is very rude and the staff is even worse I tried to file a complaint and no one will share who the housing manager reports to
