Lived here for over 4 years You cant depend on maintenance because there is one guy and he goes to other properties as well Heat is included but they never turn the heat on even when you call saying its below 50 degrees in your apartment Many cars haLived here for over 4 years You cant depend on maintenance because there is one guy and he goes to other properties as well Heat is included but they never turn the heat on even when you call saying its below 50 degrees in your apartment Many cars have been broken into and though they did install security cameras it has not stopped the vandalism A girl had her apartment broken into in the middle of the night through her window while she was asleep they have not caught the intruder In addition my neighbor had their car broken into and the camera quality was so horrible it did not help in the investigation The only good thing about this place is the location but even with that said you have constant construction everywhere For how much they hiked up the rent you are better off getting a mortgage and having your own home In addition everyone moving into the building is Eastman students so if listening to scales all day on a Saturday is not your thing you are better off Writing this review not as an upset tenant but wanting to make potential renters aware of what they are getting themselves into Ive had numerous friends living in this building and every single one of them had an extreme negative experience with this property If you are pursuing to rent here document everythingnnFollowing up on this post it has now been over a week since my posting I have had NUMEROUS previous tenants reach out and share their stories From how it sounds DO NOT MOVE HERE Lots of previous renters are now in the stages of getting this place into court for fraud Found out that the individual responsible for this building is WAY too involved in peoples lives and spreads rumorslies to mess with peoples social lives You are better off not moving here the likely hood of you getting your security deposit back is very slim Im in the middle of finding that repairs were made WHILE I was living here paid my rentnow they took literally half of my deposit for repairs they made while I was technically still under contract This place is set up for fraud do not waste your money heremore ...hide ...

Im very happy staying here. Very quiet, no bugs, clean, great views out the windows, close to everywhere, walking distance to RTS station, Greyhound, and amtrak. Maintenance responds quickly to even the littlest issue. AIm very happy staying here. Very quiet, no bugs, clean, great views out the windows, close to everywhere, walking distance to RTS station, Greyhound, and amtrak. Maintenance responds quickly to even the littlest issue. All older people, no noisy kids. Glad the office manager seems to keep on top of things and goes after any trouble makers or trouble issues. Rent is based on your income so its very cheap. This property is much better then the other ones in the area for many reasons.more ...hide ...
