When the new administrator arrived, everything went downhill. I cannot comprehend how she runs the facility, but she walks around like a tyrant and has no civility or respect for what she says. My prayers go out to the hapless souls who must labor under this terrible woman! Aside from her, the staff at the front desk are unprofessional, as if they randomly chose people to answer the phones and ignore the patrons coming in. Then, when you enter, you observe the messiness. A few months ago, the outside entrance after the first set of sliding doors appeared almost like a flea market due to the amount of rubbish accumulated there. It's the first thing that people observe, and it doesn't give a positive impression. The COVID-screening area is a makeshift dump formed from items they probably scavenged from the garbage. The entire place is a disarray. And when you enter, it reeks of week-old rotting lunch meat. I wouldn't even entrust my deceased grandmother's corpse there if it was the only place left on Earth!more ...hide ...
