I'm uncertain where those other positive reviews came from, but I live in this building and nobody here is content with this location. The renovations have been and are still being done incompetently and are of substandard quality. The rent receipts I'm uncertain where those other positive reviews came from, but I live in this building and nobody here is content with this location. The renovations have been and are still being done incompetently and are of substandard quality. The rent receipts are also incorrect, leading to all the tenants in the building being taken to landlord-tenant court. This can be verified by going to 100 Center Street and checking out Canaan LLC Inc versus 90 tenants as of 5/20/2018, which is greater than half of the 147 units. Many people have had to move out of the building due to the persistent harassment from the management and the incompetent maintenance staff, who do not keep the building clean or do their jobs. The management also abruptly change the rules, causing many tenants to seek legal help. Thus, this building is a disaster - avoid getting involved in this dreadful situation.more ...hide ...
