Fast leasing process but once I moved in I discovered the building has incredibly thin walls Neighbors can be heard yelling or even just walking around quiet clearly and annoyingly and those with dogs are obnoxiously heard as well There was a big proFast leasing process but once I moved in I discovered the building has incredibly thin walls Neighbors can be heard yelling or even just walking around quiet clearly and annoyingly and those with dogs are obnoxiously heard as well There was a big problem with people doing drugs by the basement laundry room too Aside from cameras in the lobby there is no security system in place throughout the building People tend to smoke and just hang out by the stairways at odd hours The building management is not accommodating if you want to try to transfer to another apt within their network you have to complete your current lease even if you want to upgrade to a bigger apt They have decent turn around time for repairs using an online ticketing system for requests Some pluses are its located near a nice park the laundry room is always accessible relatively cheap rent and near transportationmore ...hide ...

Its sort of safe with all the cameras we have in our buildings. The school Shakespeare is a good school for students to attend but now with the Covid-19 alot has change for the safety for the students & teachers.
