I moved here from across the country and I love living here Its a super secure building and the surrounding area is well lit which makes me feel comfortable when walking from my car to the building late at night I wasnt able to tour the building befo I moved here from across the country and I love living here Its a super secure building and the surrounding area is well lit which makes me feel comfortable when walking from my car to the building late at night I wasnt able to tour the building before I moved in but the managment company was very transparent and helpful and was willing to accommodate any needs I had during the leasing process They are on top of any maintenance request you submit and have been really helpful The apartments are gorgeous with stainless steel appliances The common areas are always clean and I havent had any issues living here There are only full time tenants in the building so the issues that there have been there in the past regarding them are no longer No more airbnbs and no longer managed by copper club The location is amazing and is walking distance from grocery stores and The empire state plaza Definitely would recommend living here more ... hide ...

Ive only been living here for a few weeks but its definitely a HUGE step up from my last apartment that I spent 7 miserable years in especially since the pandemic brought in drug dealers more addicts and unfortunately violent tenants So when I found Ive only been living here for a few weeks but its definitely a HUGE step up from my last apartment that I spent 7 miserable years in especially since the pandemic brought in drug dealers more addicts and unfortunately violent tenants So when I found Hudson it was like a dream and it has everything I wanted to have in a new and better environment The staff is nice and the areas very very clean Also love the whole FOB key thing it really makes me feel securennEverything is great so far kitchen is amazing for a small unit clean and modern and the central air is without issuesnnMy only 2 dislikes are 1 Im next to a pretty loud neighbor during the afternoons into the night whether its music or arguing but its stops thankfully around sleep time or really early in the morning when its time for workWalls are kinda thin but not as thin as my last apartment that was older than time so not much a dislike as an irknn2 Biggest dislike The parking lot in my opinion should be gated off for residents at all entrances seeing as you can easily walk into the parking lot and into the apartment areas and into the common area as well that middle door to get to the mailboxes and what not isnt locked I feel its better for safety especially when usps and ups dont listen to leaving packaged indoors and if neighbors want to enjoy their outside space they dont have to worry about the neighborhood bums and questionable people walking through as Ive seen a few walk through the parking lotnnEither way enjoying my new home and all it offers more ... hide ...

DO NOT RECOMMEND This by far was the worst place Ive ever lived First the walls are paperthin which makes the units completely unbearable to live in I could hear my neighbors close a microwave or talk on their cellphones The lofts are stacked on top DO NOT RECOMMEND This by far was the worst place Ive ever lived First the walls are paperthin which makes the units completely unbearable to live in I could hear my neighbors close a microwave or talk on their cellphones The lofts are stacked on top of each other so you can hear your neighbors on all ends of your house The washer and dryers are constantly broken The common lounge is either trashed or nothing works so theres no use in utilizing that space Parking is egregious 100 a month and they barely shovel it in the winter Expect to use your car at least 23 days after a snow storm The mail system is completely unorganized so UPS will leave your packages outside on the main street The property management group is fully aware that packages are constantly stolen and have done nothing about it Theres a creepy older woman who works in the building and gossips about all of the tenants all day long Its a completely horrible environment to live in and not worth the ridiculous price youll be paying for these shoe box size lofts more ... hide ...

We were very dissatisfied with our stay as it did not meet the basic cleaning and hygiene standards of Airbnb Upon checkin there were multiple issues with the apartment There was water leaking from under the kitchen sink the dishes and utensils were We were very dissatisfied with our stay as it did not meet the basic cleaning and hygiene standards of Airbnb Upon checkin there were multiple issues with the apartment There was water leaking from under the kitchen sink the dishes and utensils were very dirty and the dish sponge provided was filthy and torn up The garbage can lid had stains all over it the coffee machine was clearly not cleaned and there was no hand soap in the apartment The entire upper floor including the bathroom did not have a garbage can The carpet was clearly not vacuumed and the entire place was dusty When we called to address these problems the host was able to send someone from the cleaning team but even after this half the issues were not resolved The cleaning team told us that the sink was not fixed so we had to go up and down the stairs each time we had to clean something There was a dishwasher but no pods were provided for us We had to use our early checkin time that we paid extra for to address these issues and clean the apartment During a global pandemic we would expect the cleaning standard to be higher not lowernNeedless to say we were extremely unhappy and asked Copper club to at least refund us the early checkin fee and the cleaning fee The team refunded us the early checkin fee but had the audacity to message us that our early checkin time had not been disturbed as we had planned to go shopping anyways What they fail to understand is that we had to change all of our plans to accommodate cleaning an apartment which should have been cleaned in the first place They still have not mentioned anything about returning our cleaning fee We cannot seem to understand what the hold up is For a company that claims to pride themselves in quality and service this was a very unexpected response We tried to be very nice and understanding but at this point their lack of accountability for the condition of the apartment is very frustrating more ... hide ...
