There always getting money from the new york state and federal taxpayers with national grants and state funding, and then the adminastraters get 2/3ds of the funds leaving 1/3d of the funding for the staff, that are compThere always getting money from the new york state and federal taxpayers with national grants and state funding, and then the adminastraters get 2/3ds of the funds leaving 1/3d of the funding for the staff, that are complaining they need funding for there programs and staff personal, with regards to there group homes some of the residance are behavour, this is also true with some of the supportive appartment clients, so there are lagistical problomes with Lexington and the Fulton County arc I will say though that most of the staff are nice and professional to the people they work with ie the disabled. But I would say that the Lexington Arc needs to reduce there dependece on the state and federal government three draining the taxpayers when they can find other ways to fund the arc and keep the people that work for Lexington employed. So I would say a reduction in relying on state and federal funding is desperertly needed for the agency.more ...hide ...
