The office manager, Emily, is incredibly helpful and always available to answer our queries and address our family needs. She responds quickly and if she doesn't have an answer, she'll promptly find someone who does. We are really fond of the maintenance supervisor, AJ. After we moved in, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed and AJ has been truly wonderful in addressing them. He takes the time to explain what he is doing, safety precautions to take, and answer any questions my son has. It's rare to find people like him who care about teaching and taking the time to do the job right. My kids get so excited when they see him. The building is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly, and I am really content with our experience here (if only there was a pool or playground!)more ...hide ...
