The manager is a tyrant and refuses to fix just about anything that doesnt require the tenant to pay for it. She knows that there is a bed bug issue, however does not seek to properly remedy the situation. She knows that there is a bed bug issue, however does not seek to properly remedy the situation. Rude is an understatement. They need a new property manager and her boss is an even worse tyrant. Find someone that has common sense and common decency to speak with people of diffierent backgrounds or else you will continue to lose people. Please dont waste your time. There are many other properties you can go to and these photos are not consistent with the current condition of the houses. These houses are disgusting and are located in the Vale community area.
