The residence is in a great location, close to public transport, shopping, dining, medical care, and tourist attractions like the Empire State Building and Times Square. The lobby is beautiful, the common areas are clean, and there is a small gym, laundry room, and business center. But the units are tiny and outdated, and the hallways are filled with litter, loitering, and the smell of drugs. The area is also incredibly expensive, making it difficult for those on a fixed income. It's a shame that this place isn't being better taken care of. Hopefully, something will change before it's too late.more ...hide ...

The buildings OK. Its not really luxury, though they charge high, high rent. The locations not OK. Its pretty noisy and seedy with lots of homeless. Theres been a number of crimes in the area.
