Not good for the price nownnOct 2019 nSince the day i moved in the management tried to increase the rent i was supposed to pay On the day i came to get the key she told me i made too much and the rent would be 34 dollars more a month I mentioned how Not good for the price nownnOct 2019 nSince the day i moved in the management tried to increase the rent i was supposed to pay On the day i came to get the key she told me i made too much and the rent would be 34 dollars more a month I mentioned how up until this moment i was under the impressions it was the former amount She said ok thats fine and i signed a lease at the amount i was comfortable with Now 2 months later They have lost the lease i signed and i get notices that i owe an additional amount each month I do want to mention however the maintanance guy is an absolutely awesome guy and very helpfulmore ...hide ...
This is a non smoking building Moved here because it was 55 and having COPD non smoking fit the bill 2 months after moving in became an any age building Fights loud musicparties34am You get high walking from your apartment to the elevators which areThis is a non smoking building Moved here because it was 55 and having COPD non smoking fit the bill 2 months after moving in became an any age building Fights loud musicparties34am You get high walking from your apartment to the elevators which are broken more often than not Cant chance taking the stairs down as groups of people go there to smoke do drug deals Please note the largest apartment is 550 Sq ft 1 bd How are they renting to couples with children Personally witnessed a younge mother on the ground floor put her screaming child in a stroller and put it outside in the cold and shut the door Another couple came out of the main door and the woman wanted to see about the baby but the man pulled her awaysaying stay out of it I was about to call the police whenthe mom Came out to get the kid Sorry so long but really want you to understand what you may be getting intomore ...hide ...

I live here. Maintenance, one man, is way behind, but one person cannot possibly keep up. There is a serious dust issue throughout the building. There is a serious dust issue throughout the building. If you are allergic, as I am, it is likely to cause problems. Some apartments are very small and some quite large. If you truly need a bit more space say so at interview. I did not and have 4 birds and cages in a very small apartment.Management is not competent. The person is basically a money counter with few interpersonal skills. That causes rifts and gives silent permission to some residents to constantly complain to the office about issues that are interpersonal rather than tenent based. Otherwise, it can be a decent place to live.more ...hide ...
