Edit Rental Inquiry Yes! I"M searching for a 1-bedroom apartment (Subsidised:section 8 or LIHTC) I have my intro letter that describe my situation below ! Thank you for your PROMPT ANSWER Yannick Mondet. Yonkers the 09/01/2022 THIS IS Yannick Mondet intending to fill up an application for the application for what I believe is low income housing tax credit type of rental! LIHTC! Well i must tell you that I Gathered a bunch of information�s concerning LODGING FOR LOW INCOME AND SENIORS, and so far , I have inquired with section 8 In different cities , and unfortunately the majority of them �sang me the same song� ;� our list are currently closed with the exception of a couple of them where I put my name on the list, But, I have the strong feeling that in that bias The HORIZON is pretty scary as it seems that obtaining VOUCHERS from them is likely like:� Winning the lottery�!.. But there is also, some Affordable public lodging agency, for seniors and low income (I fall in that category) and it seems that you belong to this type of agency, but maybe there is different terminology for your type of help? Well! , bottom line I can use some help in that field! I must tell you that I, in the past PRINTED AN APPLICATION THAT I� SENT BY E-MAIL to Westchester residential agency ,IFCA in Ossining village , some other section 8 list That all told me :�You are on our waiting list 2years waiting!� My profile: My name is Yannick Mondet, 65 Years old male Residing in US for 39 Years under a resident alien statute (from French origin,) CAN PROVIDE PROOF OF id) residing currently in Yonkers NY.CURRENTLY ON THE PROCESS TO PRERETIRE WITH SS. OR RETIRE Depending on the amount! I�M also a post-surgery lung cancer patient operated on 01/24/2022 and have just completed the chemotherapy stage, so currently unable to work. My income situation: Being 65 Years old, I could fully retire on my 66 years birthday and earn FULL RETIREMENT .OR @end of September earn( reduced) :$1116 /month Could Get either FULL RETIREMENT $ 1315 (OFFICIALY @66 Years &half) or the same amount with disability> I HAVE TO DECIDE WITH AN AGENT FROMS.S. THAT WILL CQAKLL ME ON09/29/2022 CURRENTLY� I have applied and OBTAINED SINCE 01/2022 from The French Consulate in NYC (French Government help), @ the rate of $900 /Monthly, I have a letter that can prove it (Written in French but willing to translate it) or show some bank statements with the deposit of payments on it! This is my actual main source of income. I ALSO, in March of this year, applied with the local social services (In Yonkers) For: Food stamps, and public assistance; Obtained Monthly on the SNAP allowances,(see document) But concerning the Public Assistance I�M FACING A DILEMA!: They have approved:$183/MONTLY IN CASH HELP, AND THE PROBLEM ,RESIDE IN:$271/Monthly shelter allowance!!!: (Total $450/month) That require, my Roommate( the lease holder And NOT the landlord TO PUT ME ON THE LEASE WITH THE LANDLORD ACCORDING TO APPLY AND BEEN ABLE TO RECEIVE SHELTER ALLOWNCE OF $271/Month!!! (The rent had been $840/month) THING THAT MY ROOMATE REFUSE TO DO!! I so my sole income Is : THE FRENCH CONSULATE WELFARE:$900/Month; Only !with $250 food stamps monthly @ the moment &$180.00/cash allowance ON THE REST, I LIVE ON My savings and other temporary family help to survive� I HAVE join along that letter, all documents to corroborate my case!!! I have also rent receipt:$840:/Month (Current ) $730(prior) And $900(Prior) So fromSeptember2021 to nowadays I think I have cover all information�s required for that Matter and can provide further information if required.
