Ive been a tenant @ RVCHA since its inception in the mid/late sixties-- A LOT of people in the area ALWAYS seem to have something negative to say because its public housing in the pristine town of Rockville Centre-- BuIve been a tenant @ RVCHA since its inception in the mid/late sixties-- A LOT of people in the area ALWAYS seem to have something negative to say because its public housing in the pristine town of Rockville Centre-- But you couldnt find a better community! Yes... Things have changed in the 50-some years Ive lived there. However, its still one of THE SAFEST areas around (no matter what others that DO NOT live there say). Im NOT thrilled that Section 8 has come into the confines (as it hasnt helped me a great deal with paying my monthly responsibilities--) However, my one bedroom would go for thousands of dollars more in the area-- and wouldnt be attainable in Brooklyn or Manhattan--more ...hide ...
