My wife had two and the same lady working at the front desk was nasty each time. The main issue is that they have a turnabout right in front of the door; we know not to park there, however an old lady gets really aggressive if we don't move out of the way immediately when someone pulls up behind us. We always wait until Grandma comes down before leaving, yet it's always us who get yelled at! They still haven't fixed her call box either (even though she's made multiple complaints) and people are parking in fire hazard zones without consequences - these problems need to be addressed so there can be proper customer service instead of this grumpy old lady all the time. I dread coming here since I have no choice but to drop them off; otherwise, I wouldn't set foot here again! more ... hide ... Making a rental inquiry
