2023-03-27T00:00:03ZThis apartment complex is only good for its snow removal. Those who live there are messy and throw their trash wherever, being too lazy to properly dispose of it. If you don't follow up after leaving, they will not contact you AND keep your deposit, This apartment complex is only good for its snow removal. If you don't follow up after leaving, they will not contact you AND keep your deposit, despite having both your phone number and address. They take parts of your deposit for petty reasons (stuff that normally needs to be taken care of when someone moves out). We were charged $80 for a shelf that wasn't even there when we moved in and $90 for cleaning the carpet that had no stains whatsoever (we never even wore shoes or ate in the apartment!). I suggest having your lease nearby because the leasing office doesn't even abide by its own rules. Maintenance came into our apartment without prior notice and when I called, they said it was in the lease that they could - thankfully I had the lease with me and had to read it to them, which clearly stated that they had to give notice. They don't follow their own regulations, the police are always at the same apartments, and a large percentage of tenants have dogs even though the lease only permits service animals. more ... hide ...

2017-10-20T15:03:15Zi lived there going on 10 years they havent replaced the carpet the carpet is so cheap that it tares they keep the front looking so nice but the back awful bc they dont do nothing back there they dont keep the dumpsters clean Im afraid of getting mic i lived there going on 10 years they havent replaced the carpet the carpet is so cheap that it tares they keep the front looking so nice but the back awful bc they dont do nothing back there they dont keep the dumpsters clean Im afraid of getting mice or roaches from it when you call for something to get fix it you would have to keep calling them back bc no one comes down for weeks or even months they dont ever clean inside the heat ducks which they are supposed to the snow removal is terrible they say they will be a certain time and they will come b4 then and they get your vehicle towed and their towing company should be looked in bc once you hook up a vehicle they have to bring it back to their lot and not down the street so they can get more out they would stash peoples vehicles more ... hide ...

2016-08-09T21:54:16ZI have lived here eight months I have found communication between leasing office staff and maintenance not great And I also think organization and communication with maintenance and their boss isnt very organized and could be improved Otherwise main I have lived here eight months I have found communication between leasing office staff and maintenance not great And I also think organization and communication with maintenance and their boss isnt very organized and could be improved Otherwise maintenance care is at most average Lawn care horrible Fencing around trash area painted then no one bothered to sweep up the mess that was obvious after trash cans were moved around My first time ever living in a complex and I am told by others no other complex is really good with care either Disappointing for sure Neighbor issues also flooded twice and also smoking in my non smoking building Many fireworks very late at night too Difficult living for someone that is OCD about clean Big adjustments more ... hide ...
