I'm extremely delighted with my life in this well-planned community. The 1 bedroom apartment I'm living in appears to be bigger than I expected, and the landscaping is wonderfully done with plenty of time and effort being put in. Moreover, the additional features such as artwork in the lobbies, outdoor furniture, BBQ grills, and shuffleboard are highly appreciated. Furthermore, features like emergency cords, sprinklers in every room, and handrails in the rooms as well as hallways make me feel safe and secure. From my initial application to the present day, all the staff and employees have been helpful, friendly, hard-working, and responsive to inquiries. Our "super" is always busy but friendly and accommodating. I'm a lover of nature and wildlife, so I'm especially pleased that Hillcrest Commons II hasn't been entirely cleared of trees and vegetation, but instead maintains wooded and treed areas around the buildings, as well as safe pathways for us to appreciate the outdoors. I'm grateful that in this time of transition, and in the midst of the pandemic, these people are doing their best to make this period as stress-free as possible, while providing a safe, user-friendly, and beautiful senior living environment. I'd like to extend my gratitude to Debbie, Tonya, and Andy, as well as the people in charge of giving their vision and resources to make this senior experience a pleasant one. more ... hide ...
