Common hallways are hot in summer. Apartment through the wall air conditioners are not maintained. Windows are not right for window air conditioners. Another through the wall air conditioner is needed to effectively cool the apartment. Apartments are not sized for handicapped with walkers or wheelchairs. They have wide hallway and large bathroom. But with a queen size bed a walker cannot get around the bed. Maybe a twin size bed a walker could get around. But i dont know adults that sleep in twin size beds. Even a double is small for couples. More electrical outlets are needed in all rooms. Especially, on the kitchen counter. Toaster, coffee maker, hand mixer, and blenders with shorter cords do reach edge of counter for someone using a walker or wheelchair.more ...hide ...
