This place is an absolute joke. It's like being stuck in middle school. In buildings 200 and 400 are people that you should be wary of, especially the Russian manager. In buildings 200 and 400 are people that you should be wary of, especially the Russian manager. Natalie is constantly informing them about the tenants' personal matters. The noise from people slamming doors, stomping up and down the stairs, and screaming in the halls make it a living hell. There have been two major cases of bed bugs in building 400, which were never revealed by management. Furthermore, the doors are rarely locked, and even when they are, people on the third floor shout out the code. To summarize, if you don't want your personal business spread, don't be lied to, eight "inspections" a year, and be treated like a child, do not sign a lease here. Dont do it Worse place to live Its not the tenants its management trying to control everything paying 1000 or better for them to control everything you or your guest do smh Oh and neighborhood watch is watching to complain about any and everything

I loved living here for the two years I resided Some questionable tenants but overall I loved my view from the 3rd floor and the layout of my 2 bedroom

Do not send your family here. Lisa is the worst. I dont think she has any sympathy for the senior community especially the ones who are about to die, like my mom. Lisa not only was rude to my mom but let the other tenants do whatever they pleased and my mother would be told she couldnt do those things. For example, have a pet. I would see a bunch of pets (dogs and cats) on the premises but my mom told me that Lisa gave her a very hard time about even watching my cat for 5 days. Since my mom was struggling financially Lisa did a nice thing and let her only pay half of her rent. Super nice! Until the month she died, Lisa tried to get that money from us, showed no sympathy and then didnt even give us the deposit back that my mom put down for the apartment. Ive also heard from my mom and 3 of my aunts that she was nasty to my mother. Dont bring your family here.more ...hide ...
