But hard to get to know people.. The growns are kept up nicely but every time you turn around they have ungodly inspection to Indicate on how they expected you to live . dictate on how to decorate and cant have . they are good about getting things fixed and all but instead of just calling thru waist paper by having you fill out the form. You are signed a parking space but others dont care their guess use your space and not use the guess space ..should be able to decorate the way you want .. And not asked to remove things if its not hurting anything or if not broken why fix it!!!! The wells are think you can hear everything!!other than that its no so bad its nice like I said .more ...hide ...

But if you dont kiss Jans butt she is all over you.. I am not a butt kisser.. I had County Officials coming into my Apt at the Brewer Apts (great place to live if you have a family, tenants will rat you out, but its quiet and kids are watched Closely by EVERYONE!!) and they would tell me that my apt was fine and looked good. Being woken up at 9am to be screamed at because my daughter left her toys on the floor and my floor wasnt mopped and being told I was facing eviction because of this stressed me out and shook me up so bad that it caused such great anxiety I couldnt follow through on anything and ended up leaving the state where I was happy and thriving.. Thank you Jan! So if you dont mind the constant threat of being evicted over little things and eyes on you on all the time and kissing butt, the Brewer Apts arent a bad place to live.. I would recommend to anyone who asked..more ...hide ...

However, it is hard to get to know people. The grounds are kept up well, but there are often inspections to dictate decorating and items that cannot be had. Although they usually do a good job at getting things fixed, they ask you to fill out forms instead of just calling. There is a designated parking space, but others don't respect that and use yours instead of the guests'. You should be able to decorate how you want without having items removed if it isn't causing any problems or broken - why fix it? Furthermore, the walls are thin so sound travels easily between apartments. Other than these few issues though, it's not so bad - like I said before, it's nice!more ...hide ...
