Nadia, from the management/leasing office, looks out for the building and its people. Everyone I've spoken to has been very accommodating and works to make your rental period enjoyable. Although we may not be able to get the unit we need in the timeframe we want, we will be returning to a Related managed building. My husband really fell in love with this place and its amenities! Now that the COVID-19 pandemic is mostly over, the management is still great, but the large parties that are booking out private spaces is a bit of a turn-off. It's not quite the luxury experience anymore, more like a Jersey Shore Chuck-E-Cheese. We couldn't find a peaceful outdoor area with dependable internet once the warm weather set in, so that's a bummer. We would consider this space again if policies changed, but for now, we're content with our own private roofdeck at a different residence. more ... hide ...

Fantastic place to live Building staff is incredibleresponsive and friendly so to Deto and Isuf My unit is like new has lots of light and is surprisingly quiet Health club is a huge plus and theres an amazing roof deck

The building is nice and units are good but there is so much construction and noise that it discounts everything Im on 33rd floor and hear everything around the building The soundproof windows dont even block out the constant beeping you hear from al The building is nice and units are good but there is so much construction and noise that it discounts everything Im on 33rd floor and hear everything around the building The soundproof windows dont even block out the constant beeping you hear from all the trucks backing up all night long or the jack hammering that goes on at 3am across the street every night That being said there is only so much the building can do and the staff and management have been pretty great If youre a heavy sleep then this building might be a good fit If youre a light sleeper come back in a year or two more ... hide ...
