I have never in my 25 years of living in NYC been this stressed out in my own home The noise level is absolutely illegal doesnt matter that its technically business hours I shouldnt have to live with a bulldozer in my living room thats how loud it is I have never in my 25 years of living in NYC been this stressed out in my own home The noise level is absolutely illegal doesnt matter that its technically business hours I shouldnt have to live with a bulldozer in my living room thats how loud it is and its nonstop the elevators and hallways have become disgusting dusty stinking of dirt general construction odors not to mention the BO and cigarette smell that the workers bring in This building is uninhabitable do not move here the laundry room doesnt even work half the time dont give these crooks your money They have been completely unresponsive to our concerns and complaints for almost 2 years now of this chaos more ... hide ...

this construction noise is absolutely unbearable even if you dont work from home imagine having a napping baby or youre home sick one day and trying to nap you literally cant tolerate being in YOUR OWN HOME MonFri 95 imagine that and they make no apo this construction noise is absolutely unbearable even if you dont work from home imagine having a napping baby or youre home sick one day and trying to nap you literally cant tolerate being in YOUR OWN HOME MonFri 95 imagine that and they make no apologies offer no rent consessions for the inconvenience and the building FULL of construction crews are constantly up and down the elevators wit random bathroom sinks wood carts full of tools theyre supposed to use the freight elevator but they always take the first elevator that comes we are living like this late for work because the elevators are full during rush hour cant go up and down to the second floor to do laundry because we are waiting for 2 or 3 packed elevators which are full with sweaty smelling like cigarettes or pot construction people covered in dust I am paying top dollar to live in chaos every single day more ... hide ...
