Apartments ok front desk friendly and management semiresponsive Maintenance typically more of a delaynnReason for 3 stars is because they still charge relatively high rent probably because of location to Herald Sq Station and the amenities and appliaApartments ok front desk friendly and management semiresponsive Maintenance typically more of a delaynnReason for 3 stars is because they still charge relatively high rent probably because of location to Herald Sq Station and the amenities and appliances are all very old think early 2000s For example for 2 BR I pay about 6k a month and its not luxurious or anything like that Also the PVAC units old big ac units no central AC cost a lot with electricity in the summer costing about 300400 a month In the winter you cant control amount of heat so its absurd as youll sit in a room with hot air blowing in with the unit completely off as wellnnIdk to pay the annual equivalent of peoples salary a year on a 2BR I dont think its worth it Is it ok Sure Nothing to write home about thoughnnAlso last thing not really a family friendly building Essentially filled with young 20 year olds not sure how they afford rent tbh maybe rich expats who like to go to ktown to party Youll be crowded in an elevator with a bunch of em usually on the weekendsmore ...hide ...

Weve lived here for 2 years now & love it. The building is great, and the staff is incredible.
