Despite my response, he kept on questioning me, stating something along the lines of "you understand why I have to ask, etc." At this point, I was worn out from the gym and told him, "Yes, it's fine, I don't care!" This seemed to anger him and he informed his colleague (presumably the supervisor) that I had come in and declared I didn't care. The supervisor then tried to speak to me and I had to explain multiple times that I was waiting for my dog sitter. When they finally arrived, I collected my pet and attempted to leave, but the supervisor commanded the doorman to keep the door shut and not let me out. It was apparent that I was not trying to sneak in and did not have any malicious intentions. Therefore, I simply left via the other door. I could give a long venting rant about- the dirty ashes in the sink at check in,- rusty tub- mildew smelling closet (dont use it!)- having 1 single towel at checkin and no shampoo- rude front desk that doesnt picI could give a long venting rant about- the dirty ashes in the sink at check in,- rusty tub- mildew smelling closet (dont use it!)- having 1 single towel at checkin and no shampoo- rude front desk that doesnt pick up -ever - despite having zero line at the desk - eventually youll have to go down yourself so youll see that(but a reservations line that is always available to take your money ),But Ill just leave it at this: its a dirty hole. I wish Id listened to my local friends warning about this spot.Ive had better stays at motel 6. The only nice thing I could sat about this hotel is the housekeeping staff were all kind, friendly people, and the location is convenient. But if youre looking for basics like shampoo, towels, a closet and a front desk that is reachable, stay literally anywhere else.more ...hide ...
