Would not recommend living here the management company lures tenants in with a teaser rent for the first year then jacks it up after the year concludes without providing any reasoning happened to me and and a friend living in the building as well ThWould not recommend living here the management company lures tenants in with a teaser rent for the first year then jacks it up after the year concludes without providing any reasoning happened to me and and a friend living in the building as well They also dont allow flex walls to go to the ceiling and force you to use their own provider which has a wall design that wastes space The staff are by far the most redeeming quality of the building and are incredibly user friendly The amenities are subpar with a tiny gym lacking basic equipment but it s free and a roof deck but on the fifth floor facing the Lincoln Tunnel Apartments have stainless steel appliances but in terms of design everything is entrylevel Adequate if youre looking for a deal for one year to live in the city close to Times Sq but not incredibly noisymore ...hide ...

I wish Id listened to my local friends warning about this spot.Ive had better stays at motel 6. The only nice thing I could sat about this hotel is the housekeeping staff were all kind, friendly people, and the location is convenient.But if youre looking for basics like shampoo, towels, a closet and a front desk that is reachable,stay literally anywhere else.more ...hide ...
