As a resident, it took nine months for me to get my $900 security deposit back after relocating to a different unit. Life got better when Melissa joined our Westview community! She is an incredible addition and Matt, our maintenance man, is doing an outstanding job; he is professional and an absolute pleasure to know. Nonetheless, we still have issues with housekeeping - community area rugs are stained, stairwells are unclean, recycling/trash rooms have a repulsive odor, floors need mopping, carpets need vacuuming, stairwells need sweeping and painting, and so on. Since we lost Laura and a part-time worker was hired, the conditions of our complex have been in decline. A single part-time employee is not enough to take care of all the housework that needs to be done. The situation would drastically improve if the place was tidied up. Apart from that, everything else can be seen from the photos and brochures online for Westview. End of August 16th, 22 review. Original review from a year ago - I gave this place two stars because the only two good things about it are the location and the apartment manager, Melissa. She is always professional and more than willing to help the residents. The apartments are small, the appliances are outdated and it is possible to hear your neighbors more ... hide ...

Its centrally located and the people are amazing from the office to the maintenance its immaculately done if something needs to be fixed you never waitLove my balcony
