I have stayed in a few apartments in Rochester before and have never had such an awful experience. Supposedly, these apartments are luxurious, yet they are anything but when you look inside. You cannot take a warm shower since the water is cold after 5-10 minutes. Despite the fact that they came to help, nothing was fixed. When I first moved in, the refrigerator was not working for three weeks and all my food went moldy. I asked for a refund, but they said I had to call the insurance and they would not reimburse me. In addition, the bathrooms are full of urine and cannot be flushed. The management team does not care about the tenants and I would definitely not recommend this place as it is overpriced. Everyone in the building agrees. I will be uploading pictures of the moldy food and toilets as well, when I find them as I have since moved. more ... hide ...

For the price well worth it have family that rents 2 places from here everything is brand new and the rooms are huge Maintenance is on site and just a nice reliable guy Very secure can not get into building with out a code or a digital key fob

Well designed and well prepared condominium in Rochester Very calm and lovely staff
