We have been staying at 525 for over two years now and are proud to consider it our home. There is an abundance of modern luxuries and superb amenities, making it easy to feel proud. The staff is the standout feature; Carlos, Nate, Will and the other doormen are always professional, eager to help and go the extra mile. Patrick, Nandi, and the other maintenance staff are patient, hard-working, and do their best to meet the needs of residents in a timely manner. Richard, a porter, works hard to keep the communal areas spotless and his cheery demeanour always puts a smile on my daughter's face. The super, Ali, is incredible - he goes above and beyond to ensure the building and services run smoothly and with an attention to detail that is second to none. It truly is a wonderful place to call home! My only suggestion for improvement would be to make the amenities and events more family-friendly, specifically for the young ones in the building. It would be great to have activities, events and playtime for kids within the 525 community. more ... hide ...

Ive been living here going on 6 years now I love this place as a disable wheelchair user I feel safe and secure coming in and out of this building Love the staff the friendliness the politeness the respect you get from everyone I enjoy my rooftop and Ive been living here going on 6 years now I love this place as a disable wheelchair user I feel safe and secure coming in and out of this building Love the staff the friendliness the politeness the respect you get from everyone I enjoy my rooftop and gardens when Im able to get out The pier just a walking distance from the building the theater district comedy clubs jazz clubs I love love love this place I recommend this place to everyone i talk to whos looking to move or relocate to the city if their lucky enough to find an empty apartment in this building more ... hide ...
