Booked an appartment Garden Appartment in this BB beginning of this year for end of October travel for a fair price substantial deposit paid and learned just 3 weeks ago that William owner BB cancelled my existing booking contract ExpediannHis argume Booked an appartment Garden Appartment in this BB beginning of this year for end of October travel for a fair price substantial deposit paid and learned just 3 weeks ago that William owner BB cancelled my existing booking contract ExpediannHis argumentation could now rent it for double price but unfortunatly already booked you have to find another location via Expedia Besides contractual rules which are also valid for US he seemed to be not interested in informing me ready in timennThis explains why in the months in between on his own website you could still book the same appartmentSo this seems to be some sort of programnnBy the way Expedia solved this at end properly but I cannot recommend to trust in this BB if you want to be safe to have a roomnnIn case I would have not contacted William from the BB because of key takeover I would have stand in front of the BB at night with 2 kids and wife without nothingnnThis is very unprofessional so I cannot recommend anybody to book this place more ... hide ...

I will start off by saying I did not actually get to stay at West 119 BB My reservation was cancelled and I was refunded but NEVER notified Unfortunately I didnt find this out until 4 days before my labor day wedding The owner claimed he emailed me I will start off by saying I did not actually get to stay at West 119 BB My reservation was cancelled and I was refunded but NEVER notified Unfortunately I didnt find this out until 4 days before my labor day wedding The owner claimed he emailed me I am still waiting for him to forward me this so called email He also tried to tell me we spoke about this already That was the 1st time we had ever spoken He had refunded me completely which I appreciate but left me and my bridesmaids stranded and scrambling to find an affordable place It was an extreme inconvenience because as he told me he was having people over I had booked this over a month in advanced I had reached out to him by replying to my confirmation email multiple times that week asking questions about check in with no response So moral of the story make sure you CALL HIM and confirm your stay I was extremely disappointed was really looking forward to staying in the garden room and being in close proximity to so many things Instead I ended up in a hotel in Yonkers which was very nice but not very close more ... hide ...
