Poor customer service I have been going there for years and today I was in the garage before 830 to catch the early bird deal And because it took the attendant almost 20 minutes to get me and the ticket was punch at 831 I was told I would have to payPoor customer service I have been going there for years and today I was in the garage before 830 to catch the early bird deal And because it took the attendant almost 20 minutes to get me and the ticket was punch at 831 I was told I would have to pay full price I have a photo of the time clock on there wall that proves I was there early When I asked t speak to a manager the guy told me I am the manager and you have to get your car out of here if you do not want to pay the full regular price They should not had let me in the garage if it was going to take so long or at least warn memore ...hide ...

These guys are the friendliest of any parking garage that Ive used in the city and they always have my car ready before Im even finished paying Excellent quality of service and excellent attitude I cant recommend this garage highly enough
Be careful with this place I always parked my car here until recently Hired some new employees cash went missing in the glove compartment 25 in singles and fives that I used to tip the guys Dont leave anything valuable
