Inefficient, incompetent, and failing to fulfill their tasks, they don't even bother to knock before entering a room. They are always late, and often don't even log tickets when they claim they have. Mold, leaky roofs, paint jobs, broken fridges, and stoves are not prioritized unless you have a small child or are on medication. The secretary is overwhelmed and too old to handle such a heavy customer service load. This management office is the WORST on Earth. The employees will tell you they understand the situation because they live in NYCHA, but that is a lie; when they need repairs, it is done promptly. I have been without cabinets and a sink for a month and all I get is an assurance that a ticket was put in. If anyone knows a number to report this office, please share it. My advice is DO NOT MOVE TO THE FOREST OR MCKINLEY PROJECT HOUSES--you will be sorely disappointed. I don't usually write reviews, but I want to make sure everyone is aware of this development.more ...hide ...
