Unfortunately this is reality perfect sceem to make money out of homeless beaten down battered human beings with low self esteem and have no choice but to take the help since no one else would. They have rooms being rented on a contract lease form for $1000 each and thats the equivalency to the price of a full studio in NYC RIP off and scam artist not a great place to reccomend someone but if your homeless hey go for it but this place is only for people who cant defend themselves and let the business owners take advantage and get rich off the poor.more ...hide ...
