The Nicole is a great place to live The door men are friendly and professional Management was always responsive and helpful with any issues Maintenance was always quick to fix anything that came up Will be hard to find a better run property in nyc
As one of the original tenants we cant save enough about how much we enjoy living at The Nicole The building staff are like family the location is supreme and the amenities topnotch We feel safe and happy always and would highly recommend

I was told it would be 5 dollars a minute, laughed it off, and he told me he was serious and that €œthis is not a Starbucks€ before waiting for me to leave.
