I am not sure why building has such a poor reviews. Its full service building at the fair price near public transportation- new Q train at the 2nd Avenue, you can enter from 94th Street as well. Its very reasonable starter apartment in New York City. Stuff is friendly and management always answer my questions in timely manner. Building has beautiful panoramic sun deck with spectacular views of the the East River. We are very near East River bike trail and short walk from Central Park, where is the running track at the Jackie Kennedy Reservoir. If you are fitness enthusiast as I am there is a brand new 3 story Equinox at the 3rd Avenue and 92nd Street. I can get to the airport in 30 minutes from here too. I dont think there is more to ask!more ...hide ...
