My relatives was referred here for services skeptical because of the reviews My relative decided too see for herself so she called and made appointment The receptionist Belchie was very nice over the pMy relatives was referred here for services skeptical because of the reviews My relative decided too see for herself so she called and made appointment The receptionist Belchie was very nice over the phone when She came this place in person the staff was very rude unprofessional She asked about making appointments and how go about that the staff person was like idk you have wait we gotta see when openings there aint none right now She said is there anyone She can talk too ask about process or waitlist because that was not She was told over the phone they told me come and see and do consultation She said no Im telling you it any no openings you have wait try call few months from now and check if there is She is good this place rude ridiculous bad review are not fake She wasnGlad they dont have openings vibe and energy very dark here please be wary really do your research before coming here they are obviously robotic and dont care about helping just want business not here make people bettermore ...hide ...
This is not a reputable organization While everyone was showing their appreciation for essential frontline workers management here at the Bridge were cursing at us several workers had things thrown at them we are forced to work in bedbug infested conThis is not a reputable organization While everyone was showing their appreciation for essential frontline workers management here at the Bridge were cursing at us several workers had things thrown at them we are forced to work in bedbug infested conditions and there are roaches everywhere The pay does not reflect the amount of work we are given and all the things we are responsible for Minimum wage for an unlimited amount of work During the pandemic there were times we had no cleaning supplies mask or hand sanitizer They put us in danger while they worked from home Residence counselors are often left to work alone while providing coverage for an entire facility without any extra pay We have to run groups enter notes do building checks answer the phones make appointments follow up with providers monitor medication deal with violent behaviors do apartment inspections and SO MUCH MORE ALL FOR MINIMUM WAGEmore ...hide ...
