I've had better experiences and worse experiences. It serves its purpose. The woman in the management office who deals with my rent is very nice; she's been like that for the four years my son and I have been living here. Miss M. is the (relatively new) building manager, Miss R. She's very friendly when compared to the old one; anyone would seem friendly in comparison, but she is actually very personable. It's funny that a woman wrote a review claiming four years of living here were a 'hell'; if that was the case, I would have moved two years and eleven months ago. Her review sounds silly. I'm on a very quiet and clean floor, and the neighbors are generally older; there's no 19 or 20 year olds playing loud music all night. I think if your floor is good, the rest is up to you; keep your home nice and comfortable and your family happy, and you'll have a good life. If you're looking for things to complain about, you'll find them no matter where you live. That's life.
