Initial tellers were so unhelpful Went to another teller and problem was resolved quickly

MCU has terrible customer service both phones and in person There is at least a two hour wait time and its like they have no clue as to what they are talking about

Nothing works No one can do anything They cant log into their systems They cant send an email Their printers do not work 2nd time this weeknnHopefully 3rd times the charm
