Especially not phase I. To start with, if they are hungry after eating breakfast, lunch, or dinner, they will have to plead for food since no employee wants to take the effort to get up and give them a sandwich or set them up a dish. Secondly, they treat these people as if they were animals. They tell you that the customer has the right to reject medication but then punish the advisors when the patient doesn't take their medications for more than 2 days. The head of phase I is the worst. Her name is Barth Mars and she has no concern for the customers or personnel. I was personally attacked by a client and I rang her office for assistance but she refused to help me or call another staff member to my aid. They advise that you put the phone on intercom but the phones don't work. On top of that, she also makes you write phony entries just so she can reach her desired number. If you don't produce the note because you don't wish to commit Medicaid fraud and you really couldn't meet with the client, she writes you up for insubordination. When the director Mr. Mathew was there, things were much better. Take note of how she scarcely has any full-time workers left. Ask the family members of those individuals how often they have made complaints to her and she does nothing. This is not a place to work or to live. Escape while you still can.more ...hide ...
