At the beginning, when I was going through the application process, there was a discrepancy between my Canadian equifax credit report and the US report. However, the manager Anel and leasing director Daniel were patient and worked with me to resolve the issues (although I was quite angry). I could tell they genuinely wanted to assist me in getting the lease. After I moved in, there were a few minor issues, which I reported on the building management repair portal and they were rectified right away, on the same day. I am definitely paying a premium for the studio apartment, but I look at it as - it's a cost for convenience. Being someone who works 12 hours, having a doorman accept all my deliveries is a great help. In fact, I purchase all my household items from Amazon and it's great to have them accepted by the doorman at the end of the day. All the doormen are very nice and always greet you warmly and are very respectful. The wifi lounge was really helpful when I didn't have internet at my home. The laundry and gym are great too. Furthermore, the fact that you can look them up online is even better. I have never had to wait for an elevator for more than 20 seconds. There are some disadvantages such as an outdated AC, and thin walls (causing noise), but I'm willing to overlook them for the benefits that more ... hide ...

This was by far my favorite building in my 13+ years in Manhattan! The staff were always kind and available (David the super, Daniel Seron, the front desk attendants, etc.). The tenants were friendly and polite (there was even a mom group that got together in the lounge which was great when I became a mother). I was always glad to be back at my apartment - it was bigger than any other place I ever lived, the views were wonderful and bright, it was very peaceful, and it was full of great features. If anything needed fixing, the maintenance team were right there to help. We had to move out of state for work, or else I would still be living there. It was truly a five-star building and apartment - I was always proud to have people over as I knew I had a gorgeous home. The A-line units were all renovated and gorgeous, with plenty of space, and the added bonus of a washer/dryer in the unit! I would absolutely recommend this building and company to anyone - it was an excellent experience for us. I highly recommend without hesitation! more ... hide ...
