We are a community of close to 80 owners in a building well over 100 years old. The job of a management company is often to protect the owners from themselves. Our experience with Towne Properties has been a good one, with an especially good relationship with our manager, Shannon Chapman. Shannon is firm and fair and always honors the wishes of the association board and our bylaws while responding in timely fashion to each owners need. Weve also been exceedingly lucky to have the regular help of a very experienced Towne tech by the name of Don Wissemeier, who not only takes care of all the issues that arise, but keep his eyes open for potential problems, offering quick efficient solutions. Towne gets an A+ from this property owner.

This place is crawling with crackheads, pill fiends, alcoholics and bed bugs. The land lady when I was there was an unholy fascist with no respect for privacy, renters rights or common respect. The neighborhood is the worst kind of slum Cincinnati could ever offer, the convenience store across the street got robbed no less than three times while I was in it, and two of these were orchestrated by St. Francis residents.Stay away from this place, this neighborhood, and if you can, this whole city to be honest. Id rather live in Detroit ...
