An opportunity for a house was presented to me several months after renewing my last lease So I consulted the office to see what I would need to do to get out of said lease and was told that I needed to return the apartment to the condition it was i An opportunity for a house was presented to me several months after renewing my last lease So I consulted the office to see what I would need to do to get out of said lease and was told that I needed to return the apartment to the condition it was in when I moved in AND provide a 60 day notice as to when I would be out And doing so would allow me to get back my security depositnnTurns out the guy who told me this was just the maintenance guy So even though I followed those steps provided to me by a representative of the properties and the actual property manager never bothered to tell me the 60 day notice was only necessary if my lease was expiring and I planned on moving out I just recieved a notice saying I owe them money When I was under the impression for months that I would be getting some backnnIm sure there are worse places to live but if you have other options you should probably go with those more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT HERE This is a terrible place to rent When we moved in the apartment we were rented had not been cleaned or repaired Calling the manager will not help as he will not verify the work is done or being done I had to move after dealing with a DO NOT RENT HERE This is a terrible place to rent When we moved in the apartment we were rented had not been cleaned or repaired Calling the manager will not help as he will not verify the work is done or being done I had to move after dealing with a group of men banging on doors asking for help because their friend was overdosed in the courtyard outside my apartment I had to call 911 and watch the man until paramedics arrived He was very disoriented and aggressive His friends deserted him once 911 was called Apartment manager didnt even bother to say thank you 3 years after moving out I now have a collection from them even though I moved out at the end of my leasing term and did no damage to the apartment My husband then fianc and I rented the apartment together however the collection only shows on me During our time living there my husband had to handle all dealings with Steve the manager because if I tried he was always rude and unhelpful Please dont get caught in this companies games more ... hide ...
