My son will be attending Sinclair Community College for two years We were lucky enough to find Chamberlain Apartments had a couple units becoming available before his Fall term begins Living 2 hours away we had no idea what to expect and have very li My son will be attending Sinclair Community College for two years We were lucky enough to find Chamberlain Apartments had a couple units becoming available before his Fall term begins Living 2 hours away we had no idea what to expect and have very little knowledge about the city of Dayton The people in the leasing office were so polite and wonderful especially Cassie The building is older but the apartments are recently updated and will be great for his first apartmentnnThe building is located in a district with historic homes Grafton Hill and beautifully tended properties plus its very close to his school I also just found out there are many wonderful festivals that happen in his new neighborhood throughout the course of the yearnnAs a mother Im nervous about him being so far away from home but I am confident the people in the office are invested in his happiness and success in his new and first apartment at the beginning of an exciting chapter in his life That makes it easier on me too Thank you Chamberlain for helping us through every step of the rental process with kindness and patience more ... hide ...

Went to view a unit yesterday and it was a terrible experience The young white girl who showed me the units acted smarmy and superior the whole time while also appearing to be high bloodshot eye got the wrong key etc In addition to that the property Went to view a unit yesterday and it was a terrible experience The young white girl who showed me the units acted smarmy and superior the whole time while also appearing to be high bloodshot eye got the wrong key etc In addition to that the property seems interested only in exploiting people and squeezing them for every penny the stoves are gas but gas isnt included trash also not included laundry is 250 a cycle what is rent going towards with all these additional fees Overall terrible experience DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOURE DESPERATE more ... hide ...
