Around midnight, I heard a loud argument happening outside my window. When I looked out, I saw a tenant in a dispute with a group of people who had left their cars running in the parking lot. The verbal disagreement escalated into a physical fight, which is a clear violation of the lease. One of the drivers then ran their vehicle through the whole parking lot, slamming into at least three cars, and severely damaging a truck. Fortunately, my car just barely managed to stay out of its path. I was completely horrified by this incident and feel that it could have been avoided. There was no security guard present, nor were the security gates in operation. We were told the parking concession would end in November, but considering the number of crimes that have occurred in this lot, I think it should be extended until the end of the year. I enjoy my apartment, but I am not safe here. The property managers and the maintenance staff have been great, but I won't be extending my lease. It's a shame that I can't take advantage of the referral promotion, but I would not recommend these apartments to anyone due to their high level of danger. more ... hide ...

This place has serious crime issues and the person who built/planned the car park should be removed. The number of lights installed are the minimum, no gates, and the security patrol drives through the parking lot in 60 seconds. Crime is not restricted to a particular area, the building is near the city center, and residents should be mindful of their safety - however management has not yet installed the outdoor security cameras or gates that they have been promising for MONTHS. Somebody was robbed at gunpoint around 10 pm on a Wednesday IN the parking lot, and I had to hear about it from other inhabitants through flyers distributed around the property. Management refuses to accept the occurrences so they can't be held responsible. That's just the crime issues! Don't get me started on the building development. Messy work with TONS of issues, particularly AC and wiring issues. For the initial 5 days I lived here, I didn't have AC, hot water, or a functioning washing machine since the company they're contracted with didn't consider it an emergency. My hot water tank was not connected to the breaker box, and the wiring didn't coordinate with the labels. This place is horrible and I'm very more ... hide ...

I was so excited to move to this complex The units are so beautiful but unfortunately there are so many issues within the units There are tons of problems from poor plumbing to apartments leaking water when its raining and dont forget the never endin I was so excited to move to this complex The units are so beautiful but unfortunately there are so many issues within the units There are tons of problems from poor plumbing to apartments leaking water when its raining and dont forget the never ending fruit flies and ants even when your apartment is clean If you contact the office or borror with any issues they will point the blame toward everyone else except for them They will even try to gaslight you into thinking its really your fault that something in your unit isnt working properlynnThe parking lot is a major concern as well There have been many car break ins and even someone robbed at gun point in our lot There is now nightly security but they are very inconsistent They basically work when they want to Some days theyre there for the entire shift some days they come late some days they fall asleep during their shift and some days they dont show up at allnnOn the positive side the neighbors in the complex are great more ... hide ...
