This place went down hill Elevators always broke Also they charge you 15 dollars for trash Collection and people leave trash in the hallways Hallways smell like trash Glad to pay big money to live in trash

Most of the other tenants are employed professionals, who sometimes come together for social activities that offer a great chance to network. The building is very secure; I never worry about my safety or my car's. The security guard who patrols the premises each night does a good job. I also appreciate the free daily snacks and beverages in the common room, which I haven't seen elsewhere. Lastly, it's pet-friendly, and somebody said they feel like a god here - and I second the sentiment!more ...hide ...

I interviewed residence and visited their apartments. Many are afraid to speak up, because they have been threatened with homelessness by office staff. I reached out to corporate office.
