We absolutely adored living at Kensington Place Apartments, though we had to leave due to my husband's relocation for work. The complex is constructed of concrete, so we could barely hear our neighbors. The community was tranquil, and the maintenance staff was friendly and helpful. Sofija and Christina, the leasing team, were lovely, supportive, and obliging. Dave's, Home Depot, USPS, Metro Health, Marshalls, Office Max, and Burger King were all conveniently located nearby. We also liked the floor plan (we had a two-bedroom one-bathroom), and my favorite feature was the extra glass door from one of the bedrooms to the balcony, which also had a lot of storage space. Additionally, Little Italy was only seven minutes away, Case University and Cleveland Clinic's main campus were twelve minutes away, Cleveland Art Museum, Cleveland Botanical Garden, and the breathtaking Cleveland Cultural Garden were thirteen minutes away, the Flats were twenty minutes away, and Downtown Cleveland and Edgewater Beach were twenty minutes away. The beautiful Shaker Heights parks and neighborhoods were close by and great for walks. I would highly recommend this community to anybody who is seeking a serene place with great people and close access to a variety of places. more ... hide ...

The place is safe and convenient with grocery store across the street Some wear and tear of furnitures and hardwares as you can expect in a not new facility But it can take months to get anything fixed
